Job description:

• Responsible for the overall project management
• Provide leadership and guidance to an international team of experts 
• Manage expectations and interests of different stakeholders 
• Financial awareness and knowledge of cost management 
• Secure an efficient team set up and organization 
• Ensure effective project and workload planning and on-time completion of deliverables 
• Carry out monitoring to track project progress 
• Provide the documentation and reporting required by the customer 
• Reports to Head of program management

Requirements:

• Engineering degree is advantage 
• Relevant expertise as a project manager in automotive or in a similarly complex field (min. 3years)
• Passion for motivating, managing and developing teams in international and intercultural business environments 
• Effective communication and negotiation skills 
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills 
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset 
• Fluency in English, German is advantage
• PMP/Prince2 certificate is advantage
